Service Description

Before your initial booking, we'll meet with you in person to determine the trainer, time, and location. Please use our contact form here on the website. You can then book and pay for your slots online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge only up to 24 hours before the start of the session. After that, 50% of the fee is due. No-shows without rebooking or cancellation will be charged 100% of the fee.
