We are proud to be the official and exclusive partner of the NBA, bringing the NBA Basketball School, the official NBA youth program, to Germany! As a partner of the world's largest basketball league, we rely on the highest quality standards, international expertise, and a professional training concept for young talents between the ages of 9 and 18.
Injury Prevention & Health
Our training philosophy isn't based on trends—it's on scientifically sound findings. CourtReady Performance combines the practical experience of elite sports with the latest sports science research to make athletes measurably better and prevent injuries in the long term.
Our co-founder and Head of Athletic Performance, Philipp Hartmannsgruber, holds a doctorate in sports science, is a lecturer at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and is an active researcher in the field of athletics, load management and injury prevention and works together with the NBA Research Department.
ORLANDO MAGIC
Germany Summer Tour 2025
In the summer of 2025, we were privileged to make basketball history in Germany together with the Orlando Magic : For the first time, the NBA team hosted a Germany summer tour – with stops in Berlin and Munich. Together with other partners, we had the honor of organizing and executing the events with the Magic. In addition to exciting youth clinics for children and young people, participants enjoyed spectacular supporting programs with skills challenges, 3-point contests, music acts, and the special opportunity to meet former NBA stars up close. This collaboration marked another milestone for CourtReady Performance and underscores our role as a reliable partner of the NBA in Germany, combining professional training, international expertise, and unforgettable basketball experiences.
