Training Plan

Our training plans are based on the latest scientific findings and are updated regularly. We use evidence-based methods to offer you effective and varied training programs. These are structured into 6 week cycles to ensure continued progress and performance on the court.

Nutrition Plan

Scientific nutrition plans with recipes and customization according to goals and deficits: Our nutrition plans are based on current scientific knowledge and are specially tailored to your goals and possible deficits. We not only provide you with precise instructions, but also delicious recipes to ensure that you eat a healthy and balanced diet.

Sleep Log

Problems sleeping are a major risk for injury, and getting enough sleep is a key factor in recovery. Therefore, we offer you the opportunity to keep a sleep log. This allows us to identify potential sleep problems and take action to improve your sleep quality.

App

As part of our program, you'll get access to a dedicated app where you can access your personalized plans, recipes, and more information. In addition, chat support is available to answer your questions and help you with your progress

Blood Test Analysis

Blood test analysis with micronutrient diagnostics: In order to ensure comprehensive care, we offer a detailed blood test that also includes micronutrient diagnostics. This enables us to identify possible deficits and respond individually to your needs.

Supplement Protocol
